Ordering

Once your order is
shipped, we will send you your tracking number in the email. We will include a
link and a map in your email, so you can track your order at any time.
Alternatively, you can click on TRACK YOUR ORDER link on our website home page
to track your order at any time. Please note, during holiday, tracking numbers
may not be updated by carrier as often.

Simply create an account
on our website and add your desired items to your cart. Once finalized, click
on checkout and follow the wizard. Your order will be placed once your payment
is cleared. If you need additional help please talk to us.

At this time, you cannot
cancel your order on our website, however you can call our customer service
desk and request your order to be cancelled. If your order has not been sent to
Processing facility yet, we can cancel your order. Once the order is processed
or sent to our fulfilment center, we are unable to cancel your order. But don’t
worry, SHANY offers 30 days’ money back guaranteed. So simply ship the order
back to us and we will refund you as soon as we receive your order.

Please check with your neighbors and other households and
ensure nobody else has received the package. In most cases, someone else has
signed for the package or package was left at the office. If this is not the
case for you, please talk to us. We make sure carrier reimburse you for the
package.

If your order is sent to a wrong address, we will make
sure to send another order to you immediately. These cases are rare but you
need to know SHANY will cover any issue related to your order.

Shipping

If you place your order by 11:00AM EST, your order will ship the same
day. We will try our best to ship all orders the same day, however we cannot
guarantee this for orders that arrive after 11:00 AM. Last day of arrival by free standard shipping is usually December 14th.

We offers FREE STANDARD 4-6
DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $50 and over (excluding taxes).
Select items considered hazardous materials are restricted and must be
shipped with Ground Service. Orders $50 and over always ship for free—no
promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $50, there is a
delivery charge of $7.95 and up for Standard 4-6 Day shipping. Standard
shipping means Ground delivery, First class, Parcel shipment or economy
shipping.


SHANY ships to most
countries around the globe. Due to international laws and transportation
guidelines, we may not be able to deliver to all countries. If you can select
your destination country in the checkout, this means we can deliver to that
country. If your country is not listed at checkout, we are not able to ship
that country yet.

International shipping, takes from 5 to 45 days
depending on your final destinations. We provide 100% trackable tracking number
so you can track your package at any time.

Standard International Shipping:  10 to 45 Days

Expedited International Shipping: 5 to 15 Days.

Candara/Mexico Shipping: 5 to 10 days.

For shipments to Hawaii,
Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority and Parcel). Orders sent to
these destinations, are not eligible for Free Shipping. To see the shipping
charges for these destinations, please add the item to your cart and select an
appropriate shipping. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted
items to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. To ensure your item can be shipped to
Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico, add the items to your card and try to checkout.
If the system detects any restricted items, it will be removed from your cart.

SHANY does not ship to
P.O.Boxes. If your order contains a P.O.Box address, your order will be
cancelled and you will be fully refunded.

All shipments to APO,
FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling
time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days. There are no
additional charges for APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If your order is above $50, your
shipping will be free.

At this time, we can
only ship to one address per order. Due to a complication of order splits and
shipping charges, our system is not able to split your orders to multiple
destinations. If you wish to ship your item to multiple addresses, please
create multiple orders and use different addresses for each.

Certain items considered
hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g.,
pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted
and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by
ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For
these shipments, we will use ground transportation of choice, regardless of
your shipping preferences or selection. Regrettably, these items cannot be
shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Return and Exchange:

SHANY offers no question asked Return policy on products
that are not used and sent back to us within 30 days of their arrival. Once we receive your
returned package we will issue a refund. Be sure to send the NEW
items back, otherwise we may have to deduct from your final refund amount.  You are responsible to place the items in a
secure shipping box and drop them at USPS or UPS facility or have your mailman
pick up the box. Customers pay for shipping the items back to us.

If your items arrive broken or defective, we will replace
the items at no cost and send you a return labels to receive the
defective/broken units back. We will charge your card if defective or broken
units are not sent back to us in a timely manner.

These cases
are very rare, but if it ever happened to you, no worries, we got you covered.
Please contact us and we will replace the wrong item in no time. We will also
send you a return label to return the wrong item.  

As soon as we receive your package back at our facility, we
will issue a refund within 3-4 business days. To ensure we receive your
returned items, please make sure to use proper shipping box and labels.

Warranty Services

We offer 1 year limited warranty on our makeup boxes that are purchased through national retailers. proof of purchase is necessary.

If you are in USA, Customer pays to ship the products back to SHANY, SHANY will pay the outbound shipping back to customer.

If you are outside USA, you must cover both ways.
