Shipping, Returns & Replacements
Shipping
Domestic Orders:
All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days of an order submission, except on holidays and major sale dates. Free standard shipping will take 5 to 7 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will have surcharges. Unfortunately, we do not ship to F.P.O. (Fleet Post Office) or A.P.O. (Army Post Office) boxes. If you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us within 2 weeks.
International Orders:
To calculate international shipping costs, please select the products and add them to your shopping cart. If you do not see your country in the dropdown at checkout, we do not ship there. Standard international shipping will take 10 to 45 business days to arrive, depending on the country. Please note customers are responsible for customs or other fees associated with international shipments.
Return Policy
Exchanges:
If you are dissatisfied with the item you ordered, we are unable to provide an exchange unless the incorrect product was received. If this was the case, please check the Damaged/Incorrect Products section of this document.
Replacements
If you have ordered directly from our website and your order has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive the order. For speedier processing, send an email to support@shanycosmetics.com including the order number, product number, and your contact information. Standard processing time for all domestic replacements is 1-2 weeks.
Incorrect Products:
If you have ordered directly from our website and you received a different item, please contact us as soon as you receive the order. Standard processing time for all domestic replacements is 1-2 weeks.
Refunds & Returns
Returns:
If you would like to return your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the order. We accept returns for up to 30-days after the date of delivery. We do not provide return labels for returns and the cost of shipping on return items is at your expense.
For speedier processing, send an email to support@shanycosmetics.com including the order number, product you’d like to return, and your reason for returning the item. Only unused, unopened items will be accepted for a return. Refunds are issued within 2-3 business days after receipt of the return package.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us the same day of purchase. If the order was placed during non-business hours, please send an email to support@shanycosmetics.com.
